| There are three subscription packages: Basic RFP Builder 3 month subscription | Add and maintain up to five (5) RFP's per account. | Cost: $25.00 Premium RFP Builder 6 month subscription | Add and maintain up to five (5) RFP's per account. | Cost: $50.00 Ultimate RFP Builder 12 month subscription | Add and maintain up to five (5) RFP's per account. | Cost: $100.00 |
| How many RFP's can we add as part of our subscription? |
| For the Basic, Premium and Ultimate RFP Builder subscription packages you can create up to five (5) RFP's per account. |
| Our company often has more than five active RFP's at any given time. How do we set up our account so we can add more than five active RFP's? |
| It's easy. CLICK HERE and send us an email. Let us know how many RFP's you would like to add to your account and we will send you a customized subscription package. | After I add my RFP, how quickly before the information is posted on RFP Factory? |
| Your RFP will be added automatically posted to the RFP Factory website after you "SAVE" your RFP. |
| Will my basic, premium or ultimate subscription automatically renew? |
| No. Your subscription will not automatically renew. At the end of your subscription you will receive an email with renewal instructions. You may renew your subscription at that time. |
| How do I sign-in to my account? |
| On the top right hand corner of the RFP Factory website you will see a menu tab: SUBSCRIBER SIGN IN. Just click it and you will go to the sign-in page. |
| How long will my RFP's be posted on the RFP Factory website? |
| When you add your RFP to the RFP Factory website you will also include a "RFP expiration date". After this "expiration date" your RFP will be removed from the list of "active" RFP's on the RFP Factory website. Your RFP's will only be officially deleted from the RFP Factory website at the end of your subscription period. |
| Can I update or change my RFP at anytime? |
| Yes. As an active subscriber you can login to your account at anytime to update your RFP information. |
| We already have created a RFP. Can we upload it to the RFP Factory website? |
| Yes. As an active RFP Factory subscriber you can upload your existing RFP and supporting documents. |
